Banana Brown Rice Porridge


  • ½ Cup (cooked) Trukai Brown Rice
  • 1 Cup soy milk (or cow’s milk if preferred)
  • 1 banana


  1. Add Trukai brown rice and soy milk into small bowl and bring to boil.
  2. Lower heat and cook for another 10 minutes or until milk is absorbed.
  3. Add half banana, chopped, to the porridge mix of rice and milk, add an extra splash of soy milk and cook for another 3 – 5 minutes, or until that milk is absorbed and bananas have become soft and mashed.
  4. Serve topped with the remaining banana, and any other fruit you like, and a further splash of milk.
