Quick & Easy Eggs With Rice


  • 1 cup Trukai Brown Rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 2 green onions
  • Olive oil or oil of your choice
  • Soy sauce or sauce of choice (Optional)


  1. Cook your Trukai Brown rice and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Add some olive oil to a pan on medium heat and fry the eggs on both sides.
  3. Serve rice into a bowl and add to it, your choice of sauce. Place the egg onto the rice.
  4. On medium high heat, add some oil to a pan and saute the mushrooms and green onions until mushrooms are cooked and soft and tender.
  5. Serve the mushrooms and green onion to the bowl of rice.
