Win a Kit Home Promotion

Entry is open to any person (Entrant) that:

purchases 2 x 10Kg Rice Bags of Trukai, Roots or Wantok Rice*;
writes their full name, address and phone number on the back of their purchase receipt and places it in the entry bin provided at participating store locations (close to the checkout section);
is 18 years of age or over at the time of entry;
is a resident of PNG; and
that is not prohibited from entering as set out below.

Note that employees, including full-time, part-time, casual or contractors, (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

Multiple entries are allowed.

There will only be one winner from the Momase region where the Trukai, Roots and/or Wantok Rice Bags are purchased. There will be a total of 1 winner.

*The two bags purchased can be from the same brand (e.g. 2 x Trukai Rice Bags, 2 x Roots Rice Bags or 2 x Wantok Rice Bags) or from a mix of brands (e.g. 1 x Trukai Rice Bag and 1 x Roots Rice Bag, 1 x Trukai Rice Bag and 1 x Wantok Rice Bag or 1 x Roots Rice Bag and 1 x Wantok Rice Bag etc).

ENTRY PROCEDURES

To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must write their full name, address and phone number on the back of their purchase receipt and place it in the entry bin provided at participating store locations in the Momase region during the Promotion Period.

PRIZES

The Prize consists of 1 x Kit Home from PNG Forest Products Limited NiuHomes valued at K171,138.00. Product code: Bumbu Suburban Range| High Set| 57m2| 3 x Bedroom| 1 Bathroom (Kit Home).

Note that there is a cash prize alternative of K50,000 available to the Prize Winner at the Promotor’s sole discretion in place of the Kit Home in extreme cases where the Promotor’s management team is satisfied that:

the Kit Home cannot be freighted to the Prize Winner for example due to extreme weather conditions or if the geographical location of the Prize Winner is too remote or challenging to due geographic or infrastructure conditions; or
the Prize Winner does not have land to construct the Kit Home on or is not in a position to purchase land to construct the Kit Home; or
the Prize Winner is generally unable to construct the Kit Home.

If a cash prize is awarded to the Prize Winner in accordance with the above, the Prize Winner forfeits any rights it has, or may have had, to the Kit Home. The Prize Winner bears all onus and costs of proving to the Promotor that sufficient grounds exist to allow for the provision of the cash prize alternative component and providing any relevant documentation required by the Promotor associated with this request.
