Trukai Industries Limited is seeking interested applicants to join our Information Technology team as an IT Service Desk Analyst, based in Lae, Morobe Province. This position will report directly to the Information Systems Manager.
The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing professional Customer Service and efficient Technical Support to customers within performance standards and levels in the Primary Location.
A Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science or Business Information Technology
Minimum 2-3 years experience within an IT helpdesk/1st – 2nd level support
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft platform – Windows 7, Windows 10, Outlook, Networking, Windows Server 2012
First call resolution
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Good customer service skills
Analytical, logical, structured problem solver
Ability to adapt to an evolving environment together with a flexible, positive attitude
