Manager – Fleet & Property

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Manager – Fleet & Property.  This position will be based in Lae, Morobe Province and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

As the Manager – Fleet & Property you will proactively and consistently manage and implement strategies that govern the day-to-day operational activities for the Fleet and Property Departments.   

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance
• Extensive years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to integrate and implement technology for operational efficiencies
• Project Management Skills
• Ability to plan, procure and manage multiple projects relating to maintenance of properties
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Highly developed problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate across all levels
