Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and self – driven Public Relations & Communications Executive to join its Marketing team. This role is based in Port Moresby and will report to the Public Relations & Communications Manager.
The successful applicant will assist the Public Relations & Communications Manager with the development and implementation of integrated multi – channel communication strategies, oversee the accurate collecting, compiling and recording of all data required for implementation of communications schedules per plan.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Integrated Marketing Communication plans and strategies, including media monitoring and reporting.
Media and Production Supplier engagement, management and alignment to execute communication strategies.
Ensure all communications systems databases, supplier agreements and contracts are up to date, accurate, and action on time.
Social Media and Website Management for all Trukai platforms.
Prepare and publish Internal and External Corporate Communication and PR Releases.
Do communication research and innovatively recommend new ideas, platforms and trends in the communication scope.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper coordination and distribution of community sponsorships and donations.
Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communication and Journalism
More than 3 years’ experience in similar role
Highly experienced in managing digital marketing and online platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Can multi-task efficiently and within tight deadlines
Extremely professional in dealing with internal & external stakeholders
