Public Relations & Communications Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and digitally savvy Public Relations & Communications Manager
to lead our brand storytelling, media relations, and digital communication strategy. This role is
critical in strengthening our public image, building deep consumer engagement, and
amplifying our brand presence—especially across social and digital platforms.

As part of the Trukai Marketing team, you will shape our public narrative and grow our online
footprint to drive awareness, trust, and loyalty in a competitive FMCG market.

You will be required to develop and execute a comprehensive Public Relation strategy that
aligns with the company’s brand and business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships
with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders. Manage press releases,
media responses, and interview preparation. Craft compelling internal and external
communications, speeches, and statements.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or
related field.
5+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or digital media—preferably
within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer brand.
Demonstrated success in growing a brand’s digital and social media presence.
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Experienced with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and
Meta Business Suite).
Strong media relationships and influencer engagement experience.
Excellent interpersonal, crisis management, and project management skills.
