RFP Contract and Sustainability Manager

Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for an RFP Contract and Sustainability Manager Position based in Lae with our Procurement Department.

This position will report to the General Manager – Integrated Supply. The position is responsible for implementing and monitoring procurement contracts, including the management of Request for Proposals (RFP’s) nationally inclusive of merchandise marketing materials. This position is also responsible for ensuring there is compliance with Sunrice Sustainability Policy and procedures including Chain of Responsibility (COR).

Key Requirements

10 years’ experience working with a Multinational FMCG company
Experience in Procurement and RFP Tenders and Sustainability
Experience with writing and generating RFPs to suppliers
Strong Leadership including project management skills
Negotiation skills and analytical interpretation
Experience in Supply Chain
Strong planning and organizing capabilities
Proactive approach with strong problem solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
