Sales Execution Executive

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a Sales Execution Executive to join our Sales Team based in Mount Hagen, Western Highlands Province. This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager – Highlands Region.

As a Sales Execution Executive, you will develop and activate second tier strategies to contribute to achieving overall sales volume growth. Lead and implement trade
standards in all channels and assist with execution and monitoring of sales and marketing activities.

Key Requirements

Degree in Business Management or a related field
5 –7 years’ experience in sales with FMCG industry.
Experience in business analysis.
Development and launching of channel segmentation and sales strategies
Excellent understanding of sales and marketing research analysis techniques
Leadership capability – ability to engage, motivate and manage accountability
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Computer literate in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and MS Word
