Security Supervisor

 Trukai Industries Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and self–driven Security Supervisor to join the Operations and Risk team. This role is based in Lae Morobe Province and will report to the Security Operations Coordinator.

The Security Supervisor is responsible for leading security operations on-site during their shift and ensuring the safety of all employees, visitors, and company property. This role supervises security guards, manages access control at gates, and conducts regular patrols. The supervisor will also be responsible for responding to incidents, prepare shift reports, and work closely with operations and management to maintain a safe and secure workplace.

Key Requirements

•  5 years of Security experience
•  Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
•  Ability to exercise sound judgement, tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
•  Good communication, planning and organizational skills
•  Has the ability to submit timely reports
•  Able to work under minimum supervision and long hours when required 
•  Computer literate in Microsoft applications, MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must have a valid driver’s license - Class 6
