Trade Marketing Manager

Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department. This position is based in Lae, Morobe Province and will report directly to the National Sales and Marketing Manager.

As the Trade Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve overall sales volume growth and market share through retailers, distributors and wholesalers. You will also lead the team with execution and monitoring of consumer marketing activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
• Minimum 5 years work experiences in similar role in an FMCG company
• Experienced in Market and Consumer Research
• Experience developing and executing trade marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Strong sales and commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to increase sales volume and market share.
• Strong planning and organizing capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven FMCG environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications
• Has current class 6 driver’s license
