Tradesman Welder

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and self – driven Tradesman Welder. This role will be based in Lae and will report to the Mechanical Engineer. 

This role will be responsible for all repair works and break downs to ensure work is efficiently carried out to minimize machine down time. The incumbent will also be responsible to complete all planned work orders with efficiency for production to meet 100% plan.

Key Requirements

• Tradesman Certificate in Metal Fabrication and Welding 
• 5 Years’ experience as a Welder in a well-established company
• In-depth Welding skills (Sanitary Welding, Arc Welding, High pressure welding,
• Confine space welding)
• Problem solving skills
• Good Planning and Scheduling skills
• Good communication skills 
• Proactive and attention to detail
• Computer Literate in MS Office Applications
