Warehouse Coordinator

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of products. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting operational excellence within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This position will be based in Lae, Morobe Province and report to the Distribution Manager.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
• Experience conducting stock take, cycle counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze inventory data, prepare reports, and monitor warehouse performance.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proven leadership ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality standards, and inventory traceability requirements.
