Area Sales Manager – Goroka

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Area Sales Manager to join our Sales Team based in Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for Lower Highlands.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will work with the business and lead your Team to ensure that planned Sales targets are met on a monthly basis. This role will have you involved in representing Trukai brands in retail and wholesale environment as well as direct to the end user customer throughout the designated area. 

You will also ensure to grow volume in profit and gain market share through the engagement of the retail communities by encouraging the ongoing purchase of Trukai brands in each category.

Key Requirements 

•  5 – 7 years’ experience in an FMCG industry
•  Ability to be responsive and work in a fast pace and agile environment
•  Highly developed sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
•  Market segmentation and financial analysis knowledge
•  Leadership capability – ability to engage, motivate and manage accountability
•  Possess outstanding problem solving skills
• High level of professional and work ethics 
•  Strong communication and relationship building
•  Proactive and ability to deliver results
•  Must have a Current Class 6 Drivers License
