Regional Sales Manager – Lower Highlands

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales Team based in Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province and will report directly to the National Sales and Marketing Manager.

As the Regional Sales Manager you will provide unsurpassed level of service to our customers in account management, product logistics and customer liaison. You will also be responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in designated areas to achieve sales objectives.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of some of the longest, trusted and well-known PNG brands. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in one of the leading FMCG companies in the country.

Key Requirements

10+ years’ experience in an FMCG industry
Ability to be responsive and work in a fast pace and agile environment
Highly developed sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
Market segmentation and financial analysis knowledge
Leadership capability – ability to engage, motivate and manage accountability
Possess outstanding problem solving skills
High level of professional and work ethics
Strong communication and relationship building
Proactive and ability to deliver results
Must have a Current Class 6 Drivers License
