Quality Control Technician - Flour

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician – Flour to join our Supply Chain team based in Lae, Morobe Province. This position reports directly to the Quality Control Team Leader – Flour.

The successful candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Control systems and ensure all incoming products meet required standards and comply with Trukai specifications.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Science (Applied Chemistry) or Food Technology
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of process control systems
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP principles with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team
