Quality Control Team Leader-Lae

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a qualified, experienced and highly motivated Quality Control Team Leader to join our Quality Department based in Lae, Morobe Province. This position reports directly to the Quality Control Supervisor – Rice Mill.

The Quality Control Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing all quality control activities within the manufacturing environment.  This role ensures compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product excellence.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Quality Control position within the FMCG or manufacturing industry
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (HACCP and GMP)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organization skills
