Trukai Industries Limited is seeking interested applicants to join our Information Technology team as
an IT Service Desk Analyst, based in Lae, Morobe Province. This position will report directly to the
Information Systems Manager. 

The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible to provide professional Customer Service and efficient
Technical Support to customers within performance standards and levels in the Primary Location. 

Key Requirements
 

  •  A Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science or Business Information Technology  
  •  Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within a IT helpdesk/1st – 2nd level support
  •  Sound working knowledge of Microsoft platform –Windows 10 and 11, All Microsoft Office Application, Networking, Windows Server 2019
  •  Familiarization with M365
  •  First call resolution
  •  Good communication skills (written and spoken)
  •  Good customer service skills
  •  Analytical, logical, structured problem solver
  • Ability to adapt in evolving environment together with flexible, positive attitude
