Quality Control Supervisor – Raw Material

Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for a Quality Control Supervisor – Raw Material in our Supply Chain Department based in Lae, Morobe Province. This position will report directly to the National Quality Manager and will have five (5) team members.

The Quality Control Supervisor – Raw Material is responsible for overseeing the sampling, testing and release of all incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with Company specifications, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 

Key Requirements

•  Tertiary Qualification in Science (Applied Chemistry) or Food Technology 
•  Has more than 5 years’ experience in a similar role in FMCG
•  Computer literate in Word and Excel
•  Supervise daily raw material testing activities to ensure timely and accurate analysis
•  Participate in audits and inspections, providing support and documentation as required.
•  Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance quality efficiency and data
• integrity
•  Has understanding of HACCP/GMP with analytical ability
•  Excellent communication skills both written and oral
•  Highly organized and a team player
•  Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
