Logistics Officer

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a Logistics Officer for our Supply Chain Department based in Lae, Morobe Province. This position requires shift work and will report to the Inbound Logistics Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient transfer, movement and coordination of finished products and raw materials between warehouses, production facility, and distribution points. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate stock
movement, and safe handling of products.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory coordination
•  Manage the movement of finished products and raw materials from suppliers and
• storage areas to production facilities.
•  Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch, delivery, and transfer documentation 
•  Receiving of imported raw materials into storage sites from the wharf
•  Ensure compliance with safety, quality and inventory control procedures
•  Monitor stock movements to prevent shortage, delays or losses
•  Ensure stock takes weekly and monthly
•  Competent with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
•  Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
•  Support continuous improvement of logistics and material handling processes
