Rice Mill Inventory Manager

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate, self-driven, and detail-oriented Rice Mill Inventory
Manager to join our Manufacturing Team in Lae. 

This critical role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all inventory operations within the manufacturing site. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding product quality, supporting uninterrupted production, and ensuring full compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. You will work closely with Production Planning and Warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock flow, readiness, and operational efficiency. 

Key Requirements 

•  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a strong background in Inventory and
• Warehouse Management  
•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
•  Solid Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety principles 
•  Proven leadership capability with experience managing and motivating teams
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•  Excellent time management skills with high attention 
•  Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities
•  Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
•  Proficient knowledge of OHSE regulations and WH&S standards
•  Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
