Personal Assistant

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Personal Assistant with strong project coordination or project management skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating supply chain projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives as well as high level administrative and logistical support.
This position will report to the Supply Chain Director.
Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management
- Experience in FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environment is highly desirable
- Provide executive administrative support to the Supply Chain Director
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain projects (procurement, logistics, distribution)
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Follow up on action items and ensure accountability across teams
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners
- Maintain confidential documents, records, and filing systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Has a current driver’s license
