Security & Fleet Coordinator

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a proactive, disciplined and result–oriented Security & Fleet Coordinator. This role is based in Port Moresby and will report to the National Security Operations Manager.

This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing security protocols across all Trukai sites to ensure the safety of personnel, company assets, and operations. The successful candidate will also provide operational oversight of fleet coordination and ensure that all security personnel, including contractors, meet required standards of service and compliance.

Key Requirements

•  Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, certificate in Security Management   
•  5 years of security and law enforcement experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
•  Have a strong network with the Police Command Post & other government agencies
•  Demonstrated experience in fleet coordination or transport/logistics management
•  Ability to foster strong relationship with all stakeholders
•  Knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety practices
•  Must have a Police Clearance and valid driver’s license – Class 6
•  Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
•  Good communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
•  Able to work under minimum supervision and long hours when required
• Computer literate in MS Office applications
