Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and self-driven Process Improvement Coordinator.

This role will be based in Lae and will report to the Project Manager.

The Process Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing and facilitating continuous improvement and efficiency of business processes across the company. The role involves collaborating and coordinating with cross- functional teams across all levels of the company to design and implement optimized workflows.

 

Key Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in similar role in an FMCG company
  •  Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Business
  • Administration or an acceptable combination of equivalent qualification
  • Certified in Project Management, 5S, Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Adept in data analysis, project design and presentation
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  •  Good communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
  •  Ability to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Project Design and Continuous Improvement Software Tools
