Distribution Shift Supervisor - Lae

Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for a Distribution Shift Supervisor with our Supply Chain Department based in Lae, Morobe Province. This position will report directly to the Distribution Manager. 

The Distribution shift supervisor is responsible for overseeing the team as well as the distribution of stock throughout the company's supply chain including maintaining consistency in daily planning and stock inventory for the given shifts.  This involves tasks being completed in accordance with regulations and guidelines of the Department.

Key Requirements

•  Diploma in Business Studies or Supply Chain
•  5 years’ experience in a similar role with an FMCG company
•  Strong ability to keep track and maintain stock records.
•  Detail oriented. 
•  Strong Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills
•  Analytical skills
•  Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision. 
•  Excellent written and oral communication skills 
•  Computer Literate especially with Microsoft Excel
