Quality Control Officer

Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for a Quality Control Officer in our Supply Chain Department based in Mt Hagen, Western Highlands Province. This position will report directly to the Distribution Center Manager. 

The Quality Control Officer is responsible to perform standardized quality control checks on incoming, outgoing and products in storage to meet the company’s quality standard. Ensuring that all critical activities and basic hygiene practices are maintained and reported on a timely manner and appropriate corrective actions taken of out of specification results.

 Key Requirements

•  Diploma in Applied Science, Food Technology or related Field 
•  5 years’ Experience in Quality Control Officer role or similar
•  Knowledgeable of procedures and guideline for emergency situations
•  FMCG experience and background 
•  Ability to multitask.
•  Knowledgeable in quality control duties and techniques
•  Attention to detail
•  Good communication skills
