Regional Sales Manager – Lower Highlands Region

Trukai Industries is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Regional Sales Manager for the Lower Highlands Region which includes Eastern Highlands and Chimbu Provinces. The position will be based in Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province and will report to the National Sales Manager.

You will provide an unsurpassed level of service to our customers in account management, product logistics and customer liaison. You will also be responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in designated areas to achieve sales objectives.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of some of the longest serving, trusted and well-known PNG brands. You will also gain experience in one of the leading FMCG companies in the country.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Sales or Business
5+ years’ experience in Sales in a Leadership Role
Previous experience in FMCG
Market segmentation and financial analysis knowledge
Effective communication, inter-personal and influencing skills
High level of professional and work ethics
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams in remote locations.
